Bookings — Sales Calls
Combined view of sales-call bookings. Old ones (through Jan 2025) come from the
ycbm_sync.bookings table (YouCanBookMe / Calendly sync). New ones (Oct 2025 →) come
from the Bookings sheet in FBAdsReporting. There is a Feb→Sep 2025 gap
with no data either side.
Bookings by Free-Course Origin (top of funnel attribution)
For each booking with an email, we look the email up in public.users and group by the utm_source the user had at free-course registration. This answers: "where did these bookings come from originally?"

Clients — Closed Deals & Revenue
From the Clienti + bani spreadsheet, "Clienti YYYY" tabs (2019-2020, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026).
Each year's schema is slightly different; the parser knows about all five.
Per your instruction, we assume Suma totala is the revenue — we ignore partial payments / "achitat pana acum".

Emails — Campaign Delivery
Email broadcast campaigns from GoHighLevel (location WellCode PB SRL), via the
LeadConnector v2 API (/emails/schedule). Shows send volume and
deliverability (delivered vs. failed) per campaign and month.
Delivery counts come from GoHighLevel; open & click engagement comes from Amazon SES (going-forward, since the SES cutover) — see below.
Engagement — Opens & Clicks (Amazon SES · going-forward)
From Amazon SES tracking events since the SES cutover (no pre-cutover history). Opens are inflated by Apple Mail Privacy Protection — clicks are the trustworthy signal.
Engagement by Email (SES · per campaign send)
Each row is one email (grouped by subject). Sorted by reach. Click % is the signal to trust; open % is MPP-inflated.

Insights — Registrations × Bookings
Cross-cutting view of the funnel. Bookings = combined ycbm + sheet. Cost per registration
(CPR) and cost per booking (CPB) divide total Facebook spend in the date range by the count.
The reg→booking match is by lowercased email.
AI Summary & Recommended Actions
Gemini 3.5 Flash · cached daily
Generated from the funnel counts, conversion rates, ad-spend ROI and top-source breakdown for the selected range. Regenerated once per day per range.
Funnel — Registrations → Bookings → Clients
Each stage matched to the previous by lowercased email. Bookings come from DB + sheet; clients from the "Clienti YYYY" sheets.
Top Sources — Registrations vs Bookings
Same string, both columns. Registrations and bookings use different attribution vocabularies, so most rows will have data in only one column — that's the point. Watch for sources that appear on both sides.

Funnel Health — Cold vs Warm
Splits Meta spend into cold prospecting vs warm retargeting,
and flags when an engagement/warming campaign is building an audience that no active
campaign retargets. CPR = spend (RON) ÷ registrations in the selected range.
Campaigns by funnel role
Grouped by role, sorted by spend. Dormant campaigns (paused, no spend or registrations) are collapsed into a count per group.

Warm audience pool — is it being harvested?
Engagement/video audiences the warming campaigns build. “Retargeted” = the audience is targeted by an active conversion campaign. A large pool that’s not retargeted is spend building an asset nobody uses.
